Sisteme de alarma Siemens

Siemens Sintony 60

The Sintony 60 intrusion detection system for homes and small commercial premises
has been enhanced with the release of a new range of detectors and accessories,
further improving the system’sfunctionality and the ease with which it can be
installed, programmed and maintained.

The additions include a number of new wireless detectors, including a 360° PIR
ceiling mount, a glass break, a flood detector with adjustable sensor cable length up
to 2m, and a VdS and EN approved smoke detector with optical smoke chamber. Also
added is a new external quad band GSM module which enables SMS messages to be
sent to pre-programmed mobile phone numbers, giving information about the
current situation. The module can also transmit CID alarm protocols over telephone
networks or TCP/IP over GPRS. The module provides excellent system redundancy to
the system as it can work as an independent backup transmission unit if the
telephone line is down or the connection between panel and GSM unit gets
interrupted. A new audio verification module enables direct connection to a central
monitoring station (CMS), with additional capacity to store 90 seconds of voice
messages which can be used to call for help or to support remote control functions.
Additionally it is equipped with full two way communication and a ‘listen in’ function
to provide a communication point for audio alarm verification to reduce false alarm
costs.
New colors have been added to make the whole system more stylish and to increase
the potential for tailoring color schemes to customers’ specific requirements. Remote
controls are available in 10 different colors to match a wide range of interior designs,
while a stylish new black wired LCD keypad features an extra large display and
programming/visual display in a variety of languages Also eight different colored
front covers are available for the control panels which can be horizontally or
vertically mounted.
Existing accessories already include, an access card reader, an interface cable, a
memory stick, an output relay module and installer software CD, all of which enhance
the functionality of Sintony 60 and expand the possible applications for the popular
intruder detection system.
The 125kHz proximity card reader enables Sintony 60 to operate as a small access
control system with up to seven readers and 100 users, and is ideal for small
commercial organizations or home office applications. The interface cable and
memory stick ensure rapid on-site programming with easy upload or download of
special customer default settings while the relay module offers the capacity for four
additional output relays to be connected to the control panel. Each relay allows
control of additional comfort functions such as lights, heating, cooling, garage door
etc. either on site or remotely by telephone. Completing the new additions is the
installer software CD, containing all the necessary documentation, administration
and programming software. This facilitates the maintenance and servicing of the
system, and can help reduce the time spent on site. The improved documentation
includes an updated installer manual and mounting instructions, as well as a handy
quick installer guide which is added to each panel and can be downloaded at:
www.siemens.com/homesecurity. This enables quick and easy programming and set-
up of a system in only 10 short steps.
